Hello, and Welcome!
Whether your journey began years ago, or today is your first day embarking on this herbal path, you may have some questions about what it’s like to work with a clinical herbalist. I’m here to assure you, that you’re in the right place!
Herbal consultations are a wonderful way of understanding how different plants, and how the different ways we think about plants, can offer support for health in our body, mind and spirit.
If you’re looking to find relief from a chronic ailment, or simply to expand your capacity for enjoyment in life, a consultation can help get to the root of dis-ease and imbalance.
Initial Consultation
During our time together, we will review any areas of focus that you’d like to address with your health. We will discuss concerns such as digestion, sleep, mood, stress and more. These consultations typically last 1.5 to two hours, which gives us the ability to open the space and take our time understanding the best ways to support you. Following our conversation, an in-depth and personalized protocol will be written up and sent to you, explaining any dietary, lifestyle and herbal recommendations.
*Please be aware that the cost of the consultation does not include the recommended items in the protocol.
A complimentary fifteen minute call is offered to review the protocol and answer any questions you may have regarding the recommendations.
Cost: $150
*No one will be turned away due to financial reasons, please reach out to discuss other payment options.
Follow-up Consultation
Recommended 6-8 weeks following the initial consultation to review the given protocol. These consultations typically last 45 minutes, and are intended to check in and discuss any progress since the initial consultation, along with any adjustments.
Cost: $75
*Please note any follow-ups that exceed 45 minutes will be considered a full consultation, and the cost will be prorated to $150.
